I was very unhappy with the way some companies would offer the best resin in the world. When I would try it, the break would run in a matter of days. I don't know about anyone else, but I do not like call backs and when you get them, the customer's are not happy. We started marketing our windshield repair kits in 1997 and sold our 1st kit to Pat in County Claire., Ireland in 97. That was really a milestone for us. I thought, wow! Someone all the way around the world could order from us. That was so exciting. It would really be frustrating to put your faith in a resin and then after spending hard earned money on it, the break would not hold. The resins we market will not let you down. Our products are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and our resins hold. We have several types of resins. Resin 10, Resin 15, Long Crack Resin, and Pit Filler. Our Injector System is easy to use and goes through a unique powder coating process. We design our own injector bridges here in West Monroe and they are very unique. Our Bridges go through a thorough powder coating process and then they are sprayed with a clear protective coating for a long lasting professional appearence. My livelyhood still depends on my retail business and I personally do repairs daily and always will. It's nothing like hands on experience. I really enjoy the work and it sure beats the heck out of driving a UPS truck. We appreciate any suggestions on how to improve our product line.
